Christine Gaze is an experienced financial services professional who is passionate about collaborating with smart people to create positive change that drives tangible business results. Over the past 18 years, she has held a variety of leadership roles in practice management, human capital, and sales at firms such as Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, AllianceBernstein, and TD Ameritrade.
Christine has successfully developed and implemented several successful thought leadership initiatives, product launches, and culture change efforts. She is an avid researcher, thought leader, teacher, and consummate student of the business.
In her most recent role, as Director of Practice Management at TD Ameritrade, she developed a comprehensive strategy for practice management that included multi-modal delivery of content and carved out compelling offerings for elite advisory teams. Prior to this Christine played a key role in helping to launch Morgan Stanley’s Private Bank and led a significant culture change effort as Head of Professional Development at AllianceBernstein.
A sought after industry consultant and speaker, Christine has delivered keynote presentations and workshops to thousands of advisors on topics like high net worth client acquisition, what wealthy women want, key practice management trends, and taking teams from good to great. She is frequently quoted in the press, including The Wall Street Journal, Financial Planning Magazine, and Investment News.
Christine has a B.S. in Business Administration and Psychology from the State University of New York College at Brockport. She also earned a Certified Investment Management Analyst™ designation through the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is Series 7, 63, and 24 licensed.
